Where we get personal information from

    • We may receive personal information from our business clients and their authorised representatives where this is necessary for us to provide IT support and related services. This may include information about the client\'s employees, contractors, customers or other users, such as names, contact details, user account information and information relating to IT support requests. We may also receive information from other IT providers or professional advisers where necessary to provide, manage or transition services.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Customer, contractual and relevant business records are generally retained for up to six years after our relationship ends. Support records are generally retained for up to three years. Financial records are retained for at least six years where required for accounting and tax purposes. Some information may be retained for longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.

Where we process personal information on behalf of a client as their data processor, retention will be determined by the client's instructions, our agreement with them and the nature of the service provided.
